This is incredibly uplifting! This would be a helpful post to read every morning before the kids wake up, and throughout the day when I need a pick-me-up.
The journey is fun because it’s challenging. I want to remember to remember that more often. 😂
This is so true, Julie! For me homeschooling has gotten better and better every year. Except that I’m now in the season of my kids leaving, we will launch our second in the fall! But I am finding this next season to be thrilling, too and so much fun! I read your post where you said (rim shot) and laughed out loud because the other day I was trying to respond to a dad joke on our family group text and I asked my almost 18 year old daughter: how you spell that drum sound, you know what I mean right? And she said, Mom you can just write asterisk rimshot asterisk. lol kids are great and it looks you are staying well informed, maybe by your own!
This is exactly what I needed this morning, Julie. Thank you. The pull to give into despair is strong.
Oof. I feel that. <3
Just what I needed today
Today this hit the spot. Thank you. You are blessed to be a blessing.....
